Challenges caused by the care of ageing population in many countries are becoming increasingly severe. However, high expenditures on healthcare services and cost infrastructure construction will be an unbearable burden for both government individuals. Due to its security, convenience, lower prices compared with traditional medical care, smart home technology, which includes information communication technologies (ICTs), artificial intelligence (AI), Internet Things (IoT), can reduce burden. While studies targeting older adults have increased, systematic analysis these is lacking. CiteSpace enables rapid clustering visualisation literature using scientific diagrams, exhibiting results more comprehensibly.
